Watch the Video BelowWith the help of these handy devices, you can use your KitchenAid mixer to create homemade sausage worthy of the finest charcuterie. Designed to work with KitchenAid's food grinder attachment (sold separately), the lightweight plastic tubes quickly stuff home-ground meats into sausage casings. Use the small tube for breakfast link sausages, the large one for bratwurst, kielbasa or Italian sausage. The tubes are compatible with all KitchenAid stand mixers. Dishwasher safe. Small tube is 3/8" diam. Large tube is 5/8" diam. The set of two includes one of each.
